Quick Start

Get your BindPilot account live and generate your first comparative quote in 15 minutes.

Step 1: Sign Up (2 minutes)

1. Go to https://bindpilot.ai/register
2. Enter your agency email and create a password, or use Google SSO
3. Verify your email

Step 2: Agency Setup (5 minutes)

1. Enter Agency Info: Name, address, phone, website
2. Upload E&O Certificate: Required for regulatory compliance
3. Verify Producer License: Enter your producer license number and state
4. BindPilot auto-checks NIPR records to verify active appointment status

Step 3: Appoint Your First Carriers (5 minutes)

1. Navigate to Settings > Carriers
2. Click Add Carrier
3. Search your appointed carriers (e.g., "State Farm", "Travelers")
4. Set your commission split (e.g., 15% standard, 18% on new business)
5. Set your underwriting appetite (controls when quotes appear)
6. Repeat for 3–5 key carriers

Step 4: Create Your First Quote (3 minutes)

1. Go to Quotes > New Quote
2. Enter a client (name, address, phone)
3. Add a risk (home, auto, commercial liability, etc.)
4. Click Shop All Carriers
5. BindPilot queries your appointed carriers in parallel
6. View results side-by-side: premium, coverage, appetite

What's Next?

• Build a team — Invite other producers, CSRs, and admins (see Team Invites)
• Set up renewals — Configure auto-shop at 60/90 days out (see Renewals)
