Planned Functionality

Lead Capture

Integrate with:

  • Your website contact form (Zapier webhook)
  • Email forwarding (agent monitors inbox)
  • Third-party lead sources (imported via CSV)

Automatic Qualification

Agent evaluates leads based on:

  • Coverage type — Do you quote this line of business?
  • Location — Are you licensed in this state?
  • Risk profile — Does it fit your appetite?

Examples:

  • ✓ "Need homeowners in Colorado" → Qualified, add to pipeline
  • ✗ "Need health insurance" → Not qualified, auto-respond with referral
  • ✗ "Commercial in Alaska" → Not licensed there, refer to partner agent

Lead Scoring

Agent scores prospects 1–10 based on:

  • Lead quality (completeness of info)
  • Fit with your book (similar to your best clients)
  • Urgency (time-sensitive need?)

High-score leads escalate to you; low-score leads go to CSR follow-up.

Automated Response

Agent sends initial response:

  • "Thanks for reaching out! [Agent name] will be in touch within 24 hours"
  • Sets expectation for follow-up timing

Route to Pipeline

Agent creates prospect record with:

  • Lead info (name, contact, coverage need)
  • Qualification notes
  • Assigned producer (based on specialty or territory)
  • Next action (follow-up call, email, meeting)
