Starter — $199/month

Best for: Solo agents or one-person agencies starting out.

Includes:

• 1 user seat
• Unlimited quotes and clients
• Basic agent support (manual renewal shopping)
• Standard proposal templates
• Email support (24–48h response)

Limitations:

• No team collaboration
• No advanced agents (Retention, New Business)
• Standard templates only (no white-label)

When to upgrade: When you hire your first team member.

Professional — $499/month

Best for: Growing agencies with 2–5 producers.

Includes:

• 3 user seats
• All Starter features, plus:
• Renewal Agent (auto-shop, auto-proposals)
• Client Service Agent (auto-COI)
• Advanced agent customization
• Custom proposal templates
• Priority email support (12h response)
• Webhooks and API rate increase

Limitations:

• No white-label branding
• No dedicated account manager

When to upgrade: When you need white-label or more than 3 seats.

Agency — $999/month

Best for: Mature agencies (10+ producers) and enterprises.

Includes:

• Unlimited user seats
• All Professional features, plus:
• White-label branding (your logo, colors, custom domain option)
• All agents (Retention, New Business when released)
• Custom integrations and API support
• Dedicated account manager / concierge support
• Phone support (1h response)
• Monthly strategy calls

Limitations: None. Full feature access.

Free Trial

All plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

• Starter: Full feature access for 30 days
• Professional: Full feature access for 30 days
• Agency: Limited to 3 seats for 30 days (upgrade mid-trial to access full seats)

After trial, your plan converts to paid (monthly billing). Cancel anytime before trial ends to avoid charges.

Seats & Overage

A seat = one user account. Each team member (producer, CSR, manager) uses one seat.

Overage pricing: If you have more people than seats, BindPilot will alert you to upgrade. Temporary overages (< 7 days) are allowed; permanent overages require upgrade.

Example: Professional plan has 3 seats. You add a 4th producer.

• Days 1–7: Temporary overage allowed; you get alert
• Day 8: You must upgrade to Agency (add more seats) or remove a seat

Billing Details

• Billing Cycle: Monthly, from your signup date (e.g., if you sign up on Apr 13, you're billed monthly on the 13th)
• Payment Method: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Invoice: Sent 5 days before billing date
• Upgrade: Prorated charge (if you upgrade mid-cycle, you pay the difference)
• Downgrade: Takes effect at end of current cycle (no refund)
• Cancellation: Effective at end of current cycle

White-Glove Onboarding

Skip the learning curve. Our AI agent sets up your entire BindPilot account — imports your book of business, connects your carriers, and hands you a fully operational quoting platform. No human labor, no waiting.

Guided Setup — $499 one-time

Best for solo agents and small agencies with a single office.

What the agent does:

• Imports your book of business from AMS CSV export
• Sets up carrier panel with appointment numbers and API credentials
• Builds renewal calendar from imported policy expiration dates
• Uploads your logo and configures brand colors for proposals
• Submits 10 test quotes across configured carriers to validate setup
• Delivers a readiness report with quote success rates and carrier connectivity status

Full Migration — $1,499 one-time

Best for growing agencies with 2-5 producers.

Everything in Guided Setup, plus:

• Imports full policy history (premiums, claims, endorsements, loss runs)
• Sets up AI cross-sell recommendations based on book analysis
• Builds branded proposal templates with agency-specific language and disclosures
• Configures white-labeled client portal with self-service COI requests
• Sets up automated renewal workflows (90/60/30 day touchpoints)
• Includes a 30-day automated check-in to review quote-to-bind ratio

Enterprise Onboarding — $2,999 one-time

Best for mature agencies with 5+ producers and multiple locations.

Everything in Full Migration, plus:

• Configures multi-location agency hierarchy with per-location carrier panels
• Builds custom workflows (submission approval, referral routing, compliance checks)
• Creates multi-user accounts with role-based permissions (admin, producer, CSR, accounting)
• Configures bidirectional AMS sync (Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft)
• Sets up commission tracking and reconciliation per carrier/policy type
• Activates 60-day agent monitoring with weekly auto-optimization of quote routing

What's NOT Included in Pricing

BindPilot pricing covers the platform. It does NOT cover:

• Carrier premiums — What you pay on behalf of your clients (billed by carriers)
• State licensing — Producer license fees, E&O insurance
• Third-party integrations — AMS sync is free; premium integrations (custom APIs) may incur fees
• Training — Onboarding and training are free; extended consulting is paid
